Deborah Iden, Project Officer
Deborah moved to Moniaive from Northumberland in April 2014 with her husband and two primary-school-aged children. She has several years’ professional experience managing environmental and community projects for a county-based Trust in England, and more recently has worked as a volunteer with a rural social enterprise. In her spare time her Voluntary roles include Chair of the Moniaive Primary School Parent Council. Deborah works part time and can be contacted directly at email@example.com
Kara Millen, Community Hub Development Officer
Kara joined us in January 2018 on a six-month, Big Lottery-funded post as our Community Shop and Hub Development Officer, and will be working entirely on developing this project over the coming weeks. She has a background in sustainable architecture education and environmental consultancy, and is a strong supporter of a collaborative, inclusive approach as a means for growing and maintaining a more sustainable and resilient community. She lives in Moniaive with her family, and is currently Chair of Moniaive Playcare and a member of the Moniaive Folk Festival committee.
